How absolutely amazing is our body, this brilliantly constructed ensemble of cells and energy, working in synchronicity with our mind, heart, soul and surroundings?

We are incredibly fortunate to be able to give back to our body, to ourselves, to CHOOSE to be healthier, stronger and happier. We have the option, the opportunity and the freedom to move.

Group FITNESS

  • If you're more the type of person to bring out the best in you when working out in a group, well then this is the option for you!

In this option you can either:

  • Come with a group of friends and workout together, even choosing the location, duration of the class and workout focus and goals

OR

  • Join one of my own group sessions (for more information, simply contact me by sending a short message or via email)
  • Remember: It's always 3 participants or more to get a group up and running!
